Free Test Results Support

If you’re looking for your free test results, you can retrieve them using your Result ID — a 6–8 digit code shown at the top of the test results. Just head to our Retrieve Results page and enter your code.
If you’ve lost your Result ID, you’ll need to retake the test. It’s quick, and always free.

Premium Test Results Support

If you’re having trouble, try the steps below first. They can help you solve most issues without needing to wait for a reply, and they allow us to keep response times low for everyone.

First, Let’s Check the Basics

Did you receive a confirmation email?
If your purchase was successful, you should have received an email titled “Your Premium Test Results Are Ready.” It includes:

  • A direct link to your premium test results
  • Your personal license key

Didn’t receive the email?
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If it’s not there, wait a few minutes and try searching for “YourFreeCareerTest” in your inbox.

Trouble Unlocking Your Premium Results

To unlock your premium results:

  1. Open the relevant link in your confirmation email. This will take you to your premium test results page.
  2. Enter your license key exactly as shown. Be sure to avoid extra spaces or missing characters.

If the page doesn’t unlock, double-check your license key and try refreshing the page.

How Long Can I Access My Results?

You’ll have 12 months of access to your premium results from the date of purchase. You can return to them at any time using your confirmation email and license key.

Can I Download My Results?

Premium results are viewable online only and are not available for download or offline sharing.

Refunds and Cancellations

As confirmed during checkout, this is a one-time payment for access to your premium test results. By completing your purchase, you gave your explicit consent to begin access and acknowledged that you lose your right to a refund once access is granted.

If you are unable to access your premium results and notify us within 7 working days of purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue within 10 working days.
