If you are looking to access your premium test results, you will find the link to these results along with your license key in the receipt email you received when you placed the order. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Your Result ID is the unique number you were shown on the free test result page. If you’ve lost your Result ID, you will need to take the test again.

If you’re having trouble retrieving your results, please note:

• Result IDs are typically 6-8 digit numbers
• Results are stored in our system for up to 12 months
• Make sure you’re entering the complete ID number without spaces
