RIGHT TO CANCEL

Where applicable, you have the right to cancel your contract without providing a reason within 14 days from:

  • (if your purchase is for a physical good): the day on which you received, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, your good;
  • (if your purchase is for a service): the day we confirm we have accepted your order;
  • (if your purchase is for digital content): the day we confirm we have accepted your order.

Please see below for information specific to the type of purchase you made, including exceptions to the right of cancellation.

CANCELLING PURCHASES FOR PHYSICAL GOODS

If your order contains several goods, you may cancel the contract in whole or in part. If your order was delivered in several parts, you have 14 days from the day you received the last delivery.

You must send the goods back to us within 14 days after you have told us you wish to cancel your purchase. Please enclose the return form we provide with your goods when you send them back to us. You must use an established delivery service and keep proof of postage.

Please note: for certain types of goods, the right of cancellation does not apply, including goods that are tailored to your personal requirements and goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

We will refund your payment as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of you telling us you wish to cancel your purchase. If you cancel your purchase after you have received your goods, we will refund you as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of the date we receive the goods back from you or (if earlier) the date on which we receive evidence that you have returned the goods.

We only refund standard delivery costs, not the costs you have paid extra for express delivery or delivery at a particular time. The costs of returning goods are non-refundable and must be borne by you (unless we offer the option to return goods for free).

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

We may choose to refund your payment only after we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

CANCELLING PURCHASES FOR SERVICES

If you cancel the purchase of a service, you only have to pay for services you received before you changed your mind. If you bought a service, we don’t refund you for the time you were receiving it before you told us you changed your mind.

Services cannot be cancelled once they have been completed.

CANCELLING PURCHASES FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

‘Digital content’ means any type of digital content we offer, now or in the future. It includes our premium test results and any other paid digital materials.

Premium test results (licence-key-based digital content)

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days unless you access your premium test results before then. By using your licence key to unlock your results, you agree to receive them before the 14-day period ends and understand you will lose your right to cancel.

Other digital content (e-books, courses, etc.)

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days unless you access the digital content before then. By activating or accessing the digital content, you agree to receive it before the 14-day period ends and understand you will lose your right to cancel.

VOLUNTARY PAYMENTS TO SUPPORT US

The statutory right to cancel does not apply to voluntary payments made to support our business.
